The Opportunity
Join our Knowledge Management Team as a Knowledge Management Associate. You'll play a vital role in supporting records services and ensuring quality document management, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and electronic records management
- Ensure scanned documents are complete and files are titled per Dexus guidelines
- Prioritise work and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Register incoming mail and manage workflow using Zendesk
- Support document execution and safekeeping processes
