We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Head of Country and senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys managing a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments;
  • travel coordination: Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries, and accommodation;
  • office management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, liaise with vendors/contractors, and ensure a well-functioning and professional workspace;
  • expense management: Process and track executive expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
  • reporting & documentation: Prepare high-quality reports/documents, presentations, and correspondence; manage confidential documents with care; and
  • corporate governance support: Assist with committee meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.

For the right candidate this role has the flexibility to be either 4 or 5 days per week.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role;
  • exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • strong written and verbal communication abilities;
  • high level of discretion and professionalism;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools; and
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively.
