Role Title: SharePoint Content Manager

Team:
Internal Content Team – WiseTech Academy

Location:
Sydney HQ

Employment Type:
Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative SharePoint Content Manager to help shape how internal teams across WiseTech use SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to manage, share, and discover knowledge.

Sitting within our Internal Content Team, you will work closely with our SharePoint Information Systems teams to document governance policies and best practices, and create clear, engaging guidance materials that support our employees in working confidently and consistently across platforms.

This is a key role that ensures our digital workplace is not only structured and secure, but also user-friendly and scalable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and maintain internal documentation and courses related to SharePoint governance, content structuring, and lifecycle processes
  • Collaborate with SharePoint administrators and platform owners to capture accurate technical practices and translate them into clear user-facing content
  • Develop knowledge articles, contributor guides, templates, checklists, and FAQs to support internal content creators
  • Support the rollout of SharePoint training and onboarding initiatives across departments
  • Work with internal content and learning teams to embed governance and knowledge guidance into learning pathways or onboarding resources
  • Ensure all content is aligned with compliance, branding, and retention standards

About You

  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
  • Experience writing or managing internal-facing documentation, training materials, or knowledge articles
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for making complex information easy to understand
  • Familiarity with content lifecycle, versioning, permissions, and metadata is a plus

Why Join Us

At WiseTech Global, we're building the digital systems that support how 7,000+ people collaborate, create, and share knowledge. You'll be joining a team that's passionate about making internal content clear, trusted, and easy to use — and helping to shape the future of how we work together.

Make Your Mark on a Global Intranet Transformation

Be part of WiseTech's modernisation of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, helping define how thousands of employees access and use information every day.

Turn Governance Into Great UX

Apply your SharePoint and content expertise to create clear, engaging guidance that makes good governance intuitive and practical.

Collaborate Across Teams, Not Silos

Work alongside SharePoint specialists while sitting within our internal content function — giving you a unique, cross-team perspective and real influence

Benefits

From day one, we focus on investing in our people and placing them at the heart of our business. We offer a range of benefits to support and empower our team members, including:

  • Competitive package and equity – Be rewarded for your impact
  • Enjoy flexibility in a hybrid setup. We encourage more in-person collaboration in our Sydney office.
  • Continuous learning – Access to LinkedIn Learning, WiseTech Academy, Coursera, Pluralsight, and mentorship
  • Onsite perks – Fresh meals, snacks, and barista coffee
  • Plus, our Beer O'Clock and Cake Day traditions keep things fun
