We're seeking a
UX Content Designer
to support a major global organisation in shaping and delivering high-quality, user-focused digital content.

This role sits within a transformation program designed to enhance employee experience across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with global stakeholders to design and implement content that is clear, consistent, and accessible — helping bring strategic change to life through excellent communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to define content requirements and deliver effective, user-centred solutions.
  • Review and optimise intranet and digital content for quality, clarity, and alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Apply content design and human-centred design principles to improve the employee experience.
  • Support governance and content operations to ensure long-term sustainability and consistency.
  • Contribute to building capability across the broader people and communications teams.

About you

  • Proven experience in UX content design, ideally within large or complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable influencing and collaborating across global teams.
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred
  • Google Analytics, PowerShell and HTML skills desirable
  • An understanding of UX research, content auditing, analytics, and accessibility principles.
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance quality and delivery.
