About the role:

The Manager, Digital Enablement is responsible for curating, maintaining, and evolving the firm's AI Hub—a central SharePoint internal site designed to be the go-to destination for firmwide learning, insights, and resources on legal AI. They act as a hands-on product owner, ensuring the Hub remains fresh, engaging, and valuable through continuous improvement, user feedback, and analytics. The role combines content curation, communications, and collaboration to embed awareness, curiosity, and adoption across the firm.

The Manager supports the Director of Digital Enablement in developing and coordinating thought leadership activities, including client roundtables, panels, and campaigns, helping amplify the firm's voice in global AI and legal innovation. They work with internal influencers and stakeholders to drive engagement and personalise experiences for different audiences. This is a new role in a growing team and can sit in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.

About you:

  • Experience managing SharePoint or intranet platforms in a content or communications capacity.
  • Strong writing and content curation skills with attention to accuracy and engagement.
  • Knowledge of or interest in AI, digital transformation, and legal technology.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information and present it accessibly.
  • Experience developing campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of AI governance and ethical principles is desirable.
  • Understanding of user experience design and deployment is desirable.
  • Background in marketing, business development, events, or thought leadership coordination is desirable.
  • Experience using analytics tools (SharePoint Insights, Power BI) is desirable.
