SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist – M365 Migration (Contract)

Sydney CBD | Hybrid Working arrangement | 6–12 Month Engagement

Join a major enterprise on one of Sydney's largest Microsoft 365 transformation programs. This multi-year initiative has already delivered Exchange, Teams, and Purview migrations — now entering its next critical phase:

SharePoint Online migration and modernisation.

We're seeking a hands-on SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to help accelerate this next wave. You'll be joining a well-structured delivery team that includes PMs, BAs, Testers, and a Technical Lead, contributing directly to project success.

What You'll Do

  • Support the migration of legacy SharePoint environments to M365
  • Design and enhance workflows, forms, and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Nintex
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to rationalise sites and determine where content belongs (SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Power Platform)
  • Provide advice and hands-on support through the migration process, ensuring business continuity
  • Engage with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into effective SharePoint solutions

About You

  • Strong background in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Nintex workflows
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within structured project environments alongside PMs and Tech Leads
  • Sydney-based with ability to work hybrid (approx. 50% in office)
