About the Role

Poolwerx Oceanreef is seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Technician to join our professional team. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools across the Ocean Reef to Mindarie area. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe, clean, and fully functioning pools all year round.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine pool servicing: water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning filters, and general maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and chlorinators
  • Install and plumb new equipment such as chlorinators, pumps, and filters
  • Provide expert advice to customers on pool care and maintenance
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Solid technical knowledge of pool systems and equipment
  • Hands-on experience with installing and plumbing pool equipment
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, professional approach to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
  • Previous experience in pool servicing, plumbing, or similar trade (preferred)
  • Manual driver's licence
