We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Visitor Experience and Marketing Manager at Jenolan Caves. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of crafting and delivering immersive, nature-based, and cultural heritage-driven visitor experiences. As the driving force behind our digital marketing strategies, you will harness the power of web, social media, search marketing, and automation to captivate audiences far and wide. Your analytical prowess will ensure that every marketing effort yields results, paving the way for continuous improvement.

About You

You're a dynamic and adaptable professional in the ever-evolving world of marketing and communication. You thrive on staying ahead of the curve, eagerly absorbing the latest trends, research, and best practices in web-based marketing technologies, social media, and digital automation. Juggling multiple responsibilities is second nature to you, and you have the ability to effortlessly lead marketing and create new visitor experience initiatives across the precinct while providing guidance to your team, meeting project deadlines, and adhering to stringent quality standards and budgetary constraints. By promoting a culture rooted in collaboration and customer-centricity, you inspire your team to exceed customer and stakeholder expectations.

Essential requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in marketing, tourism, and experience development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the management and delivery of visitor experience strategies and services including experience development, marketing and consumer communications, distribution and delivery of on-the ground visitor services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing initiatives and using technologies to reach a diverse and segmented consumer base.
  • Current NSW Driver's License.
