We're looking for passionate and skilled
Chef de Parties to join our pre-opening team. Set to make its debut in Spring, we're building a team who will take pride in creating
amazing dishes across our venues. We believe that food is more than sustenance—it's a story, an experience, and a celebration. Take pride in putting care into every plate and create experiences that bring our guests back time and time again.

  • Take ownership in your section, ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest culinary standards;
  • Execute the restaurant's menu, balancing creativity, seasonality, and guest preferences;
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste;
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
  • Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations;
  • Work closely with the Restaurant team regarding availability of menu items and relevant changes;
  • Maintain high levels of productivity while minimising waste.

Qualifications
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a Demi Chef role within a hotel operation or independent venue;
  • You have proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team in a high-pressure environment;
  • You have a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and presentation;
  • You possess thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices;
  • You have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments;
  • You are able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
