We're Hiring: Sales Representatives (Victoria & South Australia)

In A Glass Group is a dynamic and growing company servicing the liquor industry. We are passionate about delivering quality brands to local restaurants, bars, and venues across Australia. As we continue to expand, we are looking for two experienced Sales Representatives to join our team — one based in Victoria, and one in South Australia.

Brief:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our hospitality clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our portfolio of premium liquor brands, and identifying new business opportunities in your region. The ability to nurture professional relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be fundamental to identifying new sales opportunities from our existing clients base. Additionally, the ideal candidate will work closely with our dream team of accounts, sales, and marketing team.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the liquor or hospitality industry
  • A passion for sales and building client relationships
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • A focused professional who will commit and deliver to individual and team sales targets
  • Someone with a growth mindset mentality, open to learning new skills and receiving feedback
  • Must hold a valid Australian driver's license
