The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Representative to drive our expansion into new Australian markets. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct outbound B2B phone calls to engage with stores across Australia


• Maintain strong communication with our field-based Business Development team


• Keep our CRM system (Salesforce) updated with accurate notes


• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs


• Handle re-sale orders and foster relationships with retail partners


• Assist in collecting customer orders and merchandising our products

What You'll Bring:


• 3-5 years of field sales experience (preferred)


• Experience in the sales, retail, or customer service industry (essential)


• A bubbly and energetic personality


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Proficiency with online ordering tools and CRM systems


• Knowledge of and passion for the food industry
