Reporting to the Victorian Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager, the Sales Representative – Commercial and Industrial is a critical role responsible for the sales of waste management solutions across Campbellfield and has the responsibility to manage this region with the retention of customers and driving profitable sales growth. You'll be working with a diverse range of customers and industries, so the potential to grow your portfolio is endless  

About the role:

  • Develop and expand new business across multiple industry sectors.
  • Maintaining your CRM with client details and following up on leads.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform site inspections and provide clients with tailored waste management solutions.
  • Maintaining existing portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships driving continual improvement.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 + years' work experience in high volume B2B sales (within the liquid waste industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of a remote team
  • Presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels across various industries
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's licence
