We are now seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen Plusmart's brand presence both online and offline. If you're a creative, data-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing and community engagement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage social media platform, such as WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, RED. Track campaign performance and optimise digital content for better engagement.
  • Brand & Communication Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Organise events, promotions, and partnerships to engage the community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least three years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management (retail experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills: Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Must hold valid Australian working rights.
