Australia's favourite (and largest) online tax service is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small, but high-performing marketing team.

We know 'tax' and 'marketing' might sound like an oxymoron, but don't be afraid – this role will expand your digital marketing arsenal more than you think

Many traditional marketing roles jump from campaign to campaign without pause. We do things differently. We build significant time into our calendar for retrospectives, analysis, preparation, and iteration.

The Role:

This is a hands-on digital marketing role that covers all areas of the digital marketing and communications mix. No two days are the same, and here are just a few of the things you'll be doing:

  • Strategy, planning and execution of large-scale promotional campaigns, both hands on and with our select external agencies.
  • Content marketing – including SEO, email and website conversion optimisation, tailoring your approach for each.
  • Email marketing to a HUGE list of subscribers (building, segmenting, testing, and reporting) – experience with Emarsys is highly regarded.
  • Social media management (paid and organic) and community engagement.
  • PR and media
  • Data analysis – using Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Excel to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Website management using WordPress (Genesis Blocks experience advantageous).

About you:

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
