We are now seeking a **Marketing Specialist** to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen Plusmart’s brand presence both online and offline. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.** Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage social media platform, such as WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, RED.** Track campaign performance and optimise digital content for better engagement.
- **Brand & Communication Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.** Organise events, promotions, and partnerships to engage the community

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least three years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management (retail experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent English communication skills: Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Must hold valid Australian working rights.
