RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well presented and self-motivated individual to join our team.
This position is located at our head office in Tuggerah and would consist of a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties Include:
- Management of the phone switchboard and as a back up
- Providing administration support to our Management Team
- Providing administration support to our Progress Claims and Planning Departments
- Reception Duties (as required)
- General data entry, filing and archiving
- Liaising with trades, clients and suppliers
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a reception/office administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and friendly
- Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and complete tasks
- Honest and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic
- Professional phone manner
- Current Driver's License
Previous experience within the Construction Industry will be well regarded, but not essential.
