Are you a
Senior User Experience Designer
who is ready to lead the design and delivery of large-scale, state-wide government programs?

In this role you will take ownership of redesigning complex, high-stakes internal applications that must be intuitive, accessible, and efficient.

You'll apply human-centred design principles across research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing and iteration—bringing together insights from users, business teams, and developers to create streamlined digital experiences that work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the redesign of internal systems with a focus on usability and efficiency.
  • Conduct user research and workshops to understand complex workflows and user needs.
  • Map user journeys, prototype and test solutions to improve system design.
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

About You:

  • You bring 5 to 10 years experience in
    user experience design for internal applications.
  • You've worked in
    mission-critical or complex environments
    where accuracy matters.
  • You're confident translating research into actionable design outcomes.
  • Proficient in
    Figma
    and familiar with other wireframing and prototyping tools.
