Position Overview:
Reporting to the Creative Manager, the Social Media and Events Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and the creation of engaging social media content. The role involves sourcing and collaborating with user-generated content creators, as well as managing external consultants and talent as required. The Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing events, including concept development, creative ideation, mood boarding, communications, and on-site execution. This position requires a high level of organisational ability and excellent communication skills, combined with a strong creative flair and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Marketing & Social Media Content
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to develop both organic and paid social media content, including video and still assets.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to inform and refine content strategies.
- Identify and work with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to source and produce engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Manage creator partnerships by identifying aligned social creators, coordinating collaborations, and tracking outcomes to grow reach and credibility.
- Engage with the community by sharing timely stories, product highlights, and meaningful conversations that build trust and connection. Respond to comments, monitor DMs, and track community sentiment to ensure strong brand engagement.
- Support the organisation and production of
Flower Press
and other marketing campaigns as required.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Maintain both the content and marketing calendars to deliver fresh, timely, and engaging visual storytelling across all platforms.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing activations and events that align with brand identity and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activations.
Brand Activations and Community Events
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative brand activations and community events that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Organise and manage guest lists, including the design and distribution of invitations, coordination of RSVP processes, and ongoing communication with attendees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders such as venue staff, catering teams, photographers, and other event partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee the planning, production, and execution of event-related marketing collateral to ensure consistency with brand identity and event goals.
- Measure, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activations, with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Create and edit video using Premier Pro, CapCut or Canva
- Good eye for creating visuals, static and video using our brand guide
- Create content with intention, hooks and understanding of its key purpose
- Strong video filming and editing skills essential
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years' experience in social media execution and/or coordination
- Familiarity with e-commerce & online retail operations, beneficial
- Preference for experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
