About Us

At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we're reimagining therapy for neurodivergent children. With clinics in Melbourne and Brisbane, we offer creative, relationship-first, play-based services that honour each child's strengths, sensory needs, and communication style.

We support children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and regulation challenges—always through a neuroaffirming and child-led approach.

We're growing in Yarraville and/or Queens Road Melbourne and looking for an enthusiastic Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, values-driven team.

About the Role

As an OT with us, you'll deliver play-based sessions that support:

Sensory processing and integration

Fine motor, gross motor, and coordination skills

School readiness and executive functioning

Communication and social-emotional development

Self-regulation, body awareness & confidence

Incorporation of primitive reflex integration into daily routines

You'll work from our purpose-built indoor and outdoor therapy spaces and have the autonomy to make your sessions as fun, functional, and flexible as your clients need.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

Are a qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with AHPRA

Have experience or strong interest in paediatrics and neurodiversity

Are passionate about neuroaffirming practice and inclusive care

Value creativity, collaboration, and family-centred support

Are open to training in primitive reflex integration (or already have some experience)

Are confident working independently while being part of a warm, connected team
