Established over 24 years ago, Utopia Skin Solutions is proudly located in the heart of Yarraville—recently ranked the 5th coolest neighbourhood in the world Our salon sits on the bustling main street, just steps away from the Yarraville train station and bus terminal.

We're a tight-knit team with a supportive, fun, and respectful workplace culture. As a Platinum Ultraceuticals Salon (one of the few in Victoria), we are proud to work with industry-leading technologies and gold-standard equipment, including cutting-edge laser treatments.

About the Role

Hours

We value work/life balance. Our salon closes at 5pm on weekdays, with only one late night to 6pm. Saturdays? We wrap up at 2pm so you can start your weekend early

These hours are rare in our industry. Choose from Part-Time or Casual arrangements that suit your lifestyle.

Pay

$35 - $46 per hour, based on your skills and experience – because your time and talent are worth it.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident, experienced therapist who brings skills, energy, and personality to our team.

You are:

  • A waxing expert—brows, Brazilians, and everything in between, with flawless precision.
  • Amazing at tinting, lash lifts, and spray tanning—and clients love coming back to you
  • A qualified Beauty Therapist (Diploma minimum) with recent in-salon experience.
  • Ideally skilled in advanced skin treatments, including:
  • Skin analysis, consultations, and homecare prescriptions
  • Skin needling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion
  • Laser Genesis, Pico Genesis
  • Comfortable appearing on our social media or helping create simple content for our platforms.
