• Permanent full time role

• Hourly rate of $39.55 plus super
• Work from home 1 week and office 1 week (rotating weeks)
The opportunity
Following a training period of up to 6 – 8 weeks that is entirely office based at Kingsley, the role can then be of hybrid nature, working one week in the office and one week from home. Working hours rotate between 7.30am – 3.30pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm.
Whilst reporting directly to the Resource Coordinator Team Leader, you will liaise daily with our various teams and clients to schedule (calling clients to make bookings daily) and roster care services to clients ensuring quality services are provided within the required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for efficient rostering of our direct care providers to ensure continuous high-quality service reaches all our valued clients. Reporting directly to the Resource Coordinator Team Leader, you will be calling clients daily to make bookings and maintain open lines of communication with your immediate team and stakeholders to stay up-to-date on resource allocation and how it impacts service delivery.
Key tasks include but not limited to:
- Schedule and roster direct care providers and balance rosters to ensure quality service provision to clients.
- Analyse provider availability and rounds allocated to ensure most efficient use of resources.
- Monitor, manage and action notifications received from providers.
- Maintain the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering and to achieve contractual and accreditation compliance.
- Process planned and unplanned leave including holiday period leave.
- Verify and follow-up discrepancies in direct care providers' timesheets as well as authorisation
- Provide administration support to the Line Manager and team as delegated.
- Support and implement continuous improvement of business processes.

About you
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent computer literacy skills, outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and has a strong eye for detail. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling position is desirable
- Flexible to work varied roster within operating hours and willingness to travel other offices in Perth metro region
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & listening) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to autonomously manage time and organise workload
- An empathetic approach to dealing with the sensitivities of clients and providers scheduling issues
