About Us

eStore Logistics is the market-leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL) located in Truganina. We are a tech-enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients which include Australia's largest pure play online retailer, Australia's largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia's top 50 eCommerce businesses, and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and financial transactions
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies
  • Assist with BAS, GST, and other statutory reporting requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or logistics environment)
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
