We're now looking for an experienced Account Manager who understands digital marketing inside out, can manage client relationships confidently, and can also identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager at Grownomics, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal team. You'll manage day-to-day communication, ensure deliverables are on track, and look for ways to help clients grow — whether that's through upsells, cross-sells, or fresh strategic ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts across SEO, Google Ads, and social media.
- Build strong relationships and act as the client's main point of contact.
- Brief, coordinate, and oversee the internal creative, content, and ads teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
- Support the business with strategy reviews, reporting, and client retention.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years experience in a digital marketing or agency account management role.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Confidence managing multiple clients and priorities.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset — you care about client success.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and helping prospective clients see how Grownomics can transform their marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new SME leads through digital and offline channels.
- Present Grownomics' services confidently to business owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account teams to align growth strategies.
- Build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in marketing, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, social media).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
