Our client is a significant metal recycling / processing business based in Melbourne's west (Truganina).  We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer.

Based at their Head Office and facility in Truganina.  The role is permanent, full-time and available now.  A good 'hand over' can be expected.

The ideal candidate will have Tertiary qualifications (Cert IV or higher), and

  • Strong and proven experience with AP / AR / Payroll and inputting data.
  • Experience in a processing or manufacturing business is ideal but not essential.
  • Strong communication and enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Excellent computer (MS Suite) skills and knowledge of XERO.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills and reconciliation skills, and
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels (internally and externally)
