**About the Role**

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Control and collect debtors’ balances
- Reconcile Debtors, cash sales accounts and Finance Company payment clearing account
- Setting credit limits, on boarding and analysis
- Handling account queries - internal/external
- Account reconciliation & issuing monthly invoices/statements
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Process payments, credit notes and refunds
- Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting as required
- Maintain customer accounts and information on debtors ledger
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
- Assist the team as necessary in the month end process and reporting
- Continuous improvement of processes to maximise operational efficiencies
- Extensive administration experience with strong exposure to accounts receivable / debt collections
- Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills
