ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced sales team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury products, a flair for building genuine relationships, and a results-driven mindset.

This position requires flexibility to work various days and hours as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Argyle Jewellers brand.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Assist clients with designing their bespoke items of jewellery.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to maintain a premium store presentation.
  • Handle sales transactions and client enquiries with professionalism and care.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous retail or sales experience (luxury, jewellery, real estate or fashion preferred).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of retail or sales experience is required.
  • Passion for fine jewellery and customer service excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
