Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and mentor store managers and staff to achieve their best, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient store operations across Queensland, maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational procedures.

  • Sales & Growth: Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve and exceed targets, supporting the company's growth ambitions in Queensland.

  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and reflects our brand values.

  • Expansion & Development: Be a key player in our expansion plans, identifying opportunities for new store locations and market growth in Queensland.
