We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the success of our Capalaba store. This is your opportunity to inspire a team, drive sales, and deliver memorable customer experiences in a values-driven environment.

Your impact:

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Lead by example to motivate and coach your team towards sales and service goals

What you bring:

  • Previous retail leadership or senior sales experience
  • Experience selling jewellery is an advantage although not essential
  • Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
