What your day will look like….

You'll lead a passionate team delivering culturally safe care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Whether you're checking in with staff, supporting patients and families, or reviewing how programs are tracking, your work will be all about connection, care, and creating positive change. You'll use your cultural knowledge and leadership skills to guide service delivery, make improvements based on data, and ensure programs are meeting the needs of the people who rely on them. Every day brings the chance to create meaningful change and build stronger, healthier connections.
