About the role

Birkin Blinds' is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role will provide valuable administrative and organisational support to our busy office. The successful candidate will work remotely, with the flexibility to manage their own schedule while ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, quoting, invoicing, ordering and responding to client correspondence
  2. Handling email communications and managing the flow of information
  3. Assisting with various office management tasks, such as file organisation and data entry
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  5. Demonstrating strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  2. Experience with Xero Accounting software is desired but not mandatory
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (predominately Word & Excel)
  5. Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  6. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
  7. A self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
  8. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively
  9. Access to a computer with a strong internet connection
