What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaborative and effective recruitment outcomes
- Managing high-volume recruitment with confidence and efficiency across a variety of roles.
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process from writing engaging job ads to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, professional experience aligned with workforce planning.
- Coordinating fortnightly inductions and ensuring new starters feel welcomed, informed, and ready to thrive.
- Balancing multiple priorities with strong organisational and analytical skills, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders and adapting quickly when priorities shift.
- Demonstrating excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes

What You'll Need:
- Police Clearance less than 6 months old
- Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (as per Amana Living policy)
- Completion of a pre-employment medical and reference checks
