We are an international facilities services company looking for a Recruitment and HR Coordinator in Essendon North (Melbourne). 

About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the National HR Manager, as a Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What you would be required to deliver:

  • Manage end to end recruitment
  • Review job applications, conduct phone interviews, and provide hiring managers with short lists for selection.
  • Perform pre-employment checks and issue employment contracts
  • First point of Contact for HR related queries
  • Allocate training and maintain training records
  • Produce and distribute various training and recruitment related reports
  • Provide assistant in Training and development initiatives
  • Manage Reward and Recognition program
  • Participate in HR projects as directed by the company and in line with business strategy
  • Any other generalist HR support and administration as required

What you would bring to the team:

  • Formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in recruitment coordination, HR or a related role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with Flare software is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law is a plus.
