KKTC Education (Provider No is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the delivery of CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Since opening the college in 2013, KKTC (RTO has quickly grown to be a market leader in Early Childhood Education and Care training in Australia.
We know the enormous responsibility that comes with 'educating educators'.
Getting better every day is our commitment to pursuing excellence in training, and we now train for some of the biggest centre groups, along with many small to medium providers in NSW, QLD, SA and Victoria.
We strive to deliver excellence in our curriculum, foster a 'WOW' culture for our students and support our Trainers and Assessors with the best induction, support and systems to ensure their success.
ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS…
Would you like to work with a training college with 100% commitment to its students?
Would you like to work with a training college that never sits still and aims to continually improve?
Would you like to work with a training college that even when the situation challenges us, and the 'you know what' hits the fan, we back each other to address the issue and solve it - together
Would you like to work with a training college that once you are inducted and trained to a very high standard - gets out of your way and let's you get on with the job?
This is a role based on trust and mutual respect - not tokenism, not micro management, but a performance based RTO of the highest standards.
And it is WELL PAID.
And if FULL TIME is not suitable but perhaps PART TIME work is your preference - then for the right candidate we can be FLEXIBLE
