About the Role

As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. You will lead the month-end accounting process, financial reporting, and budgeting while driving business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Oversee payroll processing and compliance obligations.

Ensure accurate tax lodgements (corporate tax, FBT, BAS, payroll tax, VAT).

Lead budgeting and variance analysis.

Supervise an Accounts Officer and provide mentorship.

Drive business process improvements and automation.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Mandatory).

CA or CPA qualification (Mandatory).

Minimum 5+ years' financial/commercial experience.

Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Experience with ERP systems (Pronto or Cognos beneficial).

Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement experience.

A proactive and results-driven approach.
