About the Role

As a Loan processor / Asset Finance Broker, you'll play a key role in helping clients on their journey to ownership by presenting professionally and providing exceptional customer.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive within a team that values initiative, creativity and above all else a thriving culture.

You'll be supported every step of the way through ongoing training, product education, and mentorship by empowering you to succeed in one of the most dynamic and rewarding industries in Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Support dealer partners and clients with quotes, proposals, and sales assistance
  • Manage inbound calls, qualify leads, and maintain accurate data across systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a solutions-focused approach
  • Participate in ongoing product and lender training to stay ahead of the curve
  • Work alongside experienced industry leaders who genuinely want you to succeed

What We're Looking For

  • A self-starter with great attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident phone manner and solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Well-presented, punctual, and driven to achieve goals
  • Flexible and adaptable — able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or automotive dealership finance is highly regarded
