  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance/accounts payable/receivable role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance database applications
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 'NDIS Quality, Safety and You' training (this is a free course on the NDIS website)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A sincere commitment to supporting people with disability

Bonus points if you have:

  • Certificate IV (or higher) in Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • NDIS claims and/or billing experience

  • Manage debtor follow-ups, liaising with clients, plan nominees, plan managers, and the NDIA.
  • Process and reconcile funding claims, investigating claim rejections and payment delays.
  • Respond promptly to client invoice and payment queries via phone and email.
  • Complete income account and client funding reconciliations, including variance analysis.
  • Assist with billing data entry into accounting and CRM systems.
  • Provide general finance and administrative support.
  • Undertake other duties as directed by the Finance Manager.
