As an Interior Designer at Hassell, you'll be an integral part of our design team, working on a diverse range of projects across workplace, commercial, education/health. You'll collaborate with architects, strategists, and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live, work, and connect.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design solutions aligned with project objectives and client needs.
• Work across all project stages, from concept design and space planning to documentation and delivery.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, material palettes, and 3D visualisations.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including detailed joinery drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Contribute to design reviews, ensuring consistency and alignment with Hassell's design ethos.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and suppliers to coordinate design intent and project outcomes.
• Support senior designers in project coordination, including budgets, timelines, and team communication.
• Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in interior design, in a design studio environment.
• Several years' experience and a portfolio of workplace projects is essential
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
