We're seeking three Assistant Showroom Managers for our Osborne Park, Joondalup and Cockburn Showrooms, to help lead our talented team and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our stunning showrooms.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Showroom Manager in leading and motivating the team
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with The Furniture Gallery brand
  • Assist in showroom presentation, styling, and visual merchandising
  • Drive sales performance through coaching, leadership, and initiative
  • Contribute to achieving monthly targets, KPIs, and operational goals
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in retail leadership or assistant management
  • A genuine passion for interiors, furniture, and design
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and inspire a high-performing team
  • A keen eye for presentation and attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive mindset — with a love for great service
