What You'll Be Doing:
  • Glow-Up Treatments: Perform advanced dermal procedures (laser, microneedling, peels, RF, etc.) to deliver real results.
  • Skin Consults That Convert: Guide clients through personalised treatment journeys that build trust, deliver outcomes — and drive rebooking and sales.
  • KPI Rockstar: Thrive on hitting sales and client satisfaction targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Build genuine, lasting client connections that keep them coming back (and referring friends).
  • Detail-Oriented Clinician: Keep immaculate records and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dermal Clinician
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher
  • Proven success in sales and performance-based environments
  • Confident in consultations, rebooking, and product recommendations
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-obsessed
  • Organised, reliable, and immaculately presented
  • Passionate about aesthetics and delivering results
