The Team

This elite US Project Finance teams are known for their deep sector expertise and their ability to execute complex, innovative financing structures. Working across renewables, oil & gas, transport, and infrastructure, they are at the forefront of financing the energy transition.

The Role

As an Associate, you'll:

  • Advise on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of major project financings
  • Work closely with leading partners, sponsors, and financial institutions on cutting-edge deals
  • Gain exposure to both domestic and cross-border transactions with global impact

Requirements

  • 3–6 years' experience in project finance at a leading firm
  • Strong deal execution skills, with experience in sponsor and/or lender representations
  • Commercial mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to thrive in a high-performing team
