PhysioSport Deakin is seeking to employ a permanent part-time receptionist. Approximately 25 hours a week.

This role will involve managing the front reception desk, liaising with patients, supporting physiotherapy staff, and general administration duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and enquiries
  • Invoicing and processing payments including HICAPS
  • Administration support

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Available to work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Professional and personable telephone manner
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks
  • High standard of presentation
  • Accounting experience welcome but not essential
