About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist, Campaign Manager & Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team at LJ Hooker Woden/Weston. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our real estate operations and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to all clients and visitors
- Coordinate the marketing and promotional activities for our property listings
- Assist the property management team with administrative tasks and tenant communications
- Maintain detailed records and ensure effective organisation of our property portfolio
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and other enquiries in a professional manner
- Support the wider team with various ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
