About this role:

As our HR Coordinator at Opera Bar, you'll be the go-to for all things People & Culture on site, including:

  • Managing payroll and ensuring accuracy across rosters and timesheets
  • Running end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for venue roles
  • Supporting and guiding managers on HR processes and policies
  • Managing employee records and compliance documentation
