About Us

We are a local Canberra business providing commercial cleaning services to recreation and aquatic facilities.

Our goal is to provide consistent services to our valued clients through teamwork and efficient procedures that evolves as practices and technology progress.

The Role

As a service provider of cleaning services to Recreation and Industrial facilities in the ACT, it is our responsibility to provide professional, effective and efficient cleaning services to our clients.

Due to recent growth in our service coverage, we currently have a number of opportunities for SELF-MOTIVATED, HARD WORKING and RELIABLE Cleaners to join our team. These positions will provide effective support to ensure optimal provision of the nightly cleaning services offered.

These roles will report to the General Manager and be required to deliver a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Adherence to all service deliverables in the agreed scope of works
  • Support the broader team and General Manager in ensuring contractual obligations are met in all aspects of cleaning
  • Maintain high quality and co-operative relationships with team members and client
  • Display a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously on a regular basis

Skills and Experience

Experience in large commercial cleaning setting preferable

Training provided for all roles, however previous experience will be look upon favourably

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Essential

  • Ability to conduct physical work
  • Ability to work after hours and late nights eg. 9pm-1am
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player who is trustworthy and honest
  • Alignment to our values including honesty, integrity and accountability
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents only
  • Reliable transport
  • Must have own car as reliable transport

Desired

  • Awareness of workplace health and safety requirements and responsibilities
  • Experience operating commercial/industrial cleaning equipment
