Little Bird Properties is a dynamic Property Management only business. Centrally located in Manuka and managing properties across Canberra & Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra/Googong, we are a boutique agency specialising in quality & tailored client services.

Awarded the Property Management Team of the Year two years running (2024 & 2025), we are rapidly expanding and have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Property Manager.

About the role

As a junior property manager, you will be working closely with the Property Management team & team leader. This role is most suited to someone already working with the real estate industry, wanting to start their property management career in a desirable team environment. Your role will include:

  • Assisting in all aspects of property management (liaising with clients, managing arrears, managing maintenance & leasing)
  • Assisting with inspections (ingoing condition reports, routine inspections, final inspections)
  • General administration duties
  • Working alongside the team leader & co-managing the property portfolio
