Duties
  • Oversee the daily operations of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislative, industrial, and departmental requirements.
  • Supervise and support payroll officers and senior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and process enhancements, working closely with IT, HR, and external vendors.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure robust controls are in place to maintain data integrity and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver payroll reports, data insights, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll related policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance across the team.

  • False alarm raising.
