We're Hiring: Admin, Office & Sales Assistant
Location: Braeside 3195 VIC| Type: Full-time / Part-time

We're a growing wholesale artisanal bakery looking for a reliable and proactive Admin, Office & Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic position that sits at the heart of our operations, supporting communication across the business and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, playing a key role in customer relations and admin support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain clear communication between production, management, and clients
  • Handle order entries, updates, and follow-ups
  • Provide support to the sales team and assist with account management
  • Perform general office administration and data entry
  • Conduct stock takes and assist with inventory management
  • Support day-to-day operations with flexibility and attention to detail

About You:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using email, phone, and basic office software
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role (admin/customer service/sales support) is highly regarded
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
