- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and ensure compliance in all processes.
- Work closely with Service Directors, Coordinators, and our Operations Team to embed inclusion.
- A qualification (or working towards) in an **ACECQA-approved field** such as Teaching, Education Support, Early Childhood Education, Youth Work, Sports Science, or Children’s Services.
- Experience working with children who require additional support.
- Knowledge of behaviour and inclusion strategies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage admin and funding processes.
- Confidence in working collaboratively with families, educators, and external agencies.
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
**Why you’ll love working with us**
- **Hybrid Work Model**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the office.
- **Me Days & Birthday Leave**: Take time for yourself with four extra “Me Days” per year and your birthday off
- **Career Development & Mentoring**: We’re serious about helping you grow.
- **Incredible Culture**: Join a values-driven team that truly cares.
- **Generous Childcare Discount**: 95% off if your child attends a TeamKids service.
- **Perks & Discounts**: Access savings on health insurance, retail, gyms, and more.
This is your opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring all children feel supported, safe, and included at TeamKids.
At TeamKids, the safety and well-being of children is our highest priority. As part of our recruitment process, we carry out thorough background checks, reference checks, and screening to ensure all potential employees are committed to safeguarding children and have no history of behaviour that could compromise their safety.
