ERP Data Lead (Oracle Fusion Transformation)

We're seeking a
Data Lead
to play a critical role in our clients ERP transformation program, ensuring data is fit-for-purpose, governed, and aligned with target-state architecture. This role blends data architecture leadership with governance and migration oversight across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other ERP domains.

The Role:

  • RFP Support (Next 5 Months):
    Shape data-related requirements, risks, and integration considerations for SI partner proposals.
  • Data Readiness Assessment:
    Review current definitions, ownership, quality, and governance gaps.
  • Readiness Roadmap:
    Develop cleansing, enrichment, and validation plans ahead of design.
  • Future-State Alignment:
    Define data principles in partnership with Technology & Enterprise Architecture.
  • Design Leadership:
    Establish target-state data models, hierarchies, master data governance, and standardised definitions with SI partner and business leads.
  • Integration & Migration Strategy:
    Guide data mapping between Oracle Fusion and connected apps, define migration sequencing and cutover approach.
  • Execution Oversight:
    Coordinate cleansing, transformation, migration, validation activities, and support SIT/UAT data testing.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    Develop validation and reconciliation plans to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Governance Model:
    Establish global data standards, rules, and post go-live governance processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience leading
    data workstreams in ERP transformations
    (Oracle Fusion highly valued).
  • Strong background in
    data architecture, governance, and migration strategy
    .
  • Ability to
    bridge business, technology, and SI partners
    with clear documentation and leadership.
