NTT DATA is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our growing consulting team.

As part of our Solutions Architecture team at NTT DATA, you will play an essential role in collaborating with clients and internal teams to create advanced, transformational designs and architectural visions for complex solutions. Your expertise will drive the development of multi-technology consulting services that span application software, infrastructure, and related technology components. Your role will span across supporting presales requirements as well as technical delivery.

You'll have broad experience with the ServiceNow platform as well as a deep understanding of the modules having done several implementations with a focus on ITOM/CSM. You'll be designing solutions to complex ServiceNow requirements as well as suggest technical best practice. You'll also bring an understanding of AI and how to best use ServiceNow AI to help clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the architecture of ServiceNow solutions
• Advise clients on how to best use the ServiceNow platform
• Develop solution blue prints
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
• Leverage ServiceNow's automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery.
• Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage.
• Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations.
• Develop various personas and create a strategy for user experience.
• Integrate AI into ServiceNow solutions.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises.
• Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment.
• ServiceNow certifications
• At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow.
